Recruitment process: 

DWEJ will contact applicants to invite them to each round described below. Not all applicants from each round will make it to the next round.

Round 1: Testing (Reading and Math)

Round 2: Personal Interview (resume required)

Round 3: Mandatory Group workshop (8am-3pm)

Successful performance through all three rounds is required for admission to the training program.
